Investment Criteria

SBIC P focuses on investing in promising early-stage companies with significant growth potential. 

We look to invest in companies meeting the following criteria:

• Based in The Netherlands and maintains a presence at our SBIC P head quarters in Noordwijk
• Has a talented management team
• Products and services are preferably based on space technology
• There is a clear path to cash flow breakeven
• There is a clear exit strategy
• Seeks an investment between € 50k - € 200k
• Has a pre-money valuation of less than € 1 mio
